Quality Assurance
We perform wide variety of destructive and non-destructive testing that help us ensure the consistent quality of the castings that we deliver. We have a CCD based spectrometer to analyze various chemical composition. This helps us deliver metal grades consistent with the standards. For destructive testing, we perform universal tensile testing, Rockwell hardness testing and Brinell hardness tester using both Conventional Diamond indenter Machine and Digital Leeb Hardness Testing Machine. For non-destructive testing, we perform liquid/die penetrant test, magnetic particle inspection test and Radiography test. We also perform Hydro Pressure Test and Air Pressure Test to achieve zero leakage Casting Part. Thus ensuring castings that would not fail under desired operating conditions.
