Melting Shop is equipped with 3 Nos. of Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnaces
We also have two Rotary Furnaces and two 'box - type' furnaces for Shell pre-heating.
We have spectrometer to control chemical composition of castings.
Maxon Steel Cast Company's investment casting facility is home to five melting furnaces, all featuring inert gas shielding, and Four wax injection presses. An automated shell room allows us to produce more than 250 molds per day, and CNC lathes provide us with the ability to machine customer parts. Other benefits include an in-house tool room, a state-of-the-art analytical spectrometer, and a recently constructed foundry which utilizes the industry's newest equipment.
Maxon steel Cast investing casting division employs over 40 casting specialists, and our entire staff is dedicated to the production of precision castings produced to our customers' exact specifications. Castings materials include brass and bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, and nickel-boron alloys.
Quality at Maxon Steel Cast is Maintained and strived for in each and every sections of the company. It has a well Laid
out Quality Manual And Process Manual, both of which adhear to stringently. The manuals and Quality System
are based on iso 9001:2001 guidelines.
